When doing my drawings I have found that My favorite things to draw gestures of are People. I like that I can now draw so quickly and still make it into something. I have never been able to do that until this year.
I'm thrilled that you didn't put this fellow right in the middle of the page. It creates a great feel, one of a downward flow. Interestingly the top right area feels like an active part of the design rather then something that was just off center.
